Fair housing

The short answer

LPE Realty LLC, the licensed brokerage that publishes Islamorada Guide, follows the federal Fair Housing Act and the Florida Fair Housing Act. We do not discriminate in any real estate service on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin, and nothing on this guide steers anyone toward or away from any area.

Last checked October 21, 2026

Equal housing opportunity is the rule for every real estate service LPE Realty LLC provides, as the federal Fair Housing Act and the Florida Fair Housing Act require. No person is refused, treated differently or offered different terms because of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin.

Islamorada Guide is about the sandbar, the reef, fishing seasons, parks, events and getting around the Florida Keys. It says nothing about the people who live on any key or in any community, and no page is meant to point anyone toward one part of Islamorada or away from another.

If you believe a fair housing right has been denied, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development through hud.gov. You are also welcome to tell LPE Realty LLC directly by email at info@lperealty.com or by phone at (561) 652-6917.

Dates, rules and hours can change. The organisers have the final word: Village of Islamorada (official site)

Thinking of staying longer

A week on the flats turning into a second-home question?

LPE Realty LLC, a licensed Florida real estate brokerage, is behind this guide. If Islamorada has you thinking about a place of your own, call or write and we will talk through the questions to ask first. Where a question needs a Keys specialist we say so, and we only pass your details on with your consent.
