This list covers restaurants whose own website loaded on October 21, 2026 and gave an Islamorada address. We used directories only to find those websites. We give a mile marker only when the restaurant posts one, and say bayside or oceanside only when the restaurant does. We do not copy ratings or menus, and we do not rank anyone. If a site was down when we checked, the place is left off rather than guessed at. The Green Turtle Inn’s site returned an error, for example, and that does not mean it is closed. Hours change, so call before you drive.
Plantation Key and Windley Key
Marker 88, at 88000 Overseas Highway, says it is “located in Plantation Key” and has been serving guests since 1967. Despite the name and the street number, its site posts no mile marker. Hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Thursday and Sunday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
Island Grill, at 85501 Overseas Hwy, says it sits oceanside at mile marker 85, on the south end of the Snake Creek Bridge, and that it has boat dockage and free parking. Its own pages disagree on hours. The home page says 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends, while the Contact page says 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day.
Hog Heaven Sports Bar and Grill, at 85361 Overseas Hwy, calls itself an oceanfront restaurant serving lunch and dinner daily. It keeps the latest hours on our list. The bar is open until 2 a.m. Sunday to Thursday and until 4 a.m. Friday and Saturday, and the kitchen until 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. It posts no mile marker.
Kindler Wood-Fired Fare is at Three Waters Resort, 84001 Overseas Hwy, the property formerly called Holiday Isle and then Postcard Inn, and it is open to the public. Dinner is Wednesday to Sunday from 5 to 10 p.m. The page lists breakfast from 7 to 11 a.m. on weekdays and 7 to 10 a.m. on weekends, but its own FAQ says 7 to 11 a.m. every day. Diners are asked to park in the Marina lot.
Upper Matecumbe Key, from Whale Harbor to MM 79.8
Wahoo’s Bar and Grill is at Whale Harbor, at 83413 Overseas Highway, the same address as Whale Harbor Marina. It is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, with happy hour from 4 to 7 p.m. on weekdays. It does not allow outside food or drinks, and that includes cakes.
Islamorada Beer Company, at 82229 Overseas Highway, lists 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday at its Islamorada taproom. The Florida Keys Brewing Co. tasting room and beer garden is at 81611 Old Highway in the arts district, open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday to Saturday and to 8 p.m. Sunday.
Lorelei Restaurant and Cabana Bar tells visitors to “look for the mermaid at MM 82, bayside” and to “come by land or sea!” It is open every day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., with breakfast until 10:30 a.m. and happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m. Its site gives no street number.
At Morada Bay, 81600 Overseas Hwy, MM 81.6 bayside, there are two restaurants overlooking Florida Bay. The Beach Cafe is open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and welcomes walk-ins. Pierre’s is open daily from 5 to 10 p.m., recommends reservations and sets a “Casual Elegance” dress code. Both share the 81600 address.
Chef Michael’s is at MM 81.6 on the oceanside, “just off the main highway on the ‘Old Road’”, at 81671 Overseas Hwy. It serves seafood and steaks from 5 to 10 p.m. Monday to Saturday, and it closes on Sundays, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Call to reserve.
Atlantic’s Edge at Cheeca Lodge & Spa, 81801 Overseas Highway, is open daily for breakfast (7 to 11 a.m.), lunch (11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and dinner (5 to 10 p.m.), and has live music daily from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Islamorada Fish Company, at 81532 Overseas Hwy, MM 81.5, is the restaurant beside the World Wide Sportsman store and overlooks Florida Bay. It is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. It opens 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, Monday and Thursday and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and serves breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. Friday to Sunday.
Midway Cafe, 80499 Overseas Hwy, has a full espresso bar and serves breakfast, pastries and lunch daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. It closes on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Lazy Days Restaurant, 79867 Overseas Highway, MM 79.8, offers oceanfront dining with an upstairs patio over the Atlantic, open every day from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Lower Matecumbe Key: the Hungry Tarpon at Robbie’s
The Hungry Tarpon is at Robbie’s of Islamorada, 77522 Overseas Hwy, which Robbie’s lists as Mile Marker 77.5 bayside. It opens at 6:30 a.m. and closes at 9 p.m. daily, the earliest opening on our list. Robbie’s also runs the tarpon feeding dock from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., at $2.50 per person plus $5 a bucket.
